Order Status

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS

As stated on the order form, orders take approximately two weeks processing plus shipping (there are few items that take longer and are noted on the order form). That does mean your order may take 3 weeks (unless your order is needed before that time). Personalized products do tend to take a while to make - Remember your order is created just for you - no two alike!  Shipping time depends on which shipping method you selected when ordering - ground shipping average 5 business days (M-F), 2 - day is 2 business days, and overnight is next business day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an emailed shipping notice. This notice will have a UPS tracking number along with the date UPS expects to deliver your order.

If it has been two weeks since you ordered but your event is still over a week away, please be patient it may take an extra week or so depending on our order volume.  If you want to make sure we know the date you are celebrating, click here.

If your event is this weekend coming up and its been more than 2 weeks, please send us an email - we may not know you need your order this weekend.
